Stuffed Round Steak

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs round steaks
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups of cubed day old bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 4 -6 tablespoons oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 pound steak to flatten.
  • 2 lightly cook onion and celery in butter
  • 3 until golden.
  • 4 add bread cubes, seasonings, parsley and water.
  • 5 cut meat into 4 pieces
  • 6 spread meat with dressing mixture.
