Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks, sliced thin
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon smashed garlic
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except sesame seeds, and let marinate minimum 30 minutes.
- 2 quickly cook steak over high heat, using oil (peanut, safflower, etc.).
- 3 sprinkle sesame seeds over dish.
