Simple Bul Go Gi

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks, sliced thin
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon smashed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients, except sesame seeds, and let marinate minimum 30 minutes.
  • 2 quickly cook steak over high heat, using oil (peanut, safflower, etc.).
  • 3 sprinkle sesame seeds over dish.
  • 4 serve with rice.
