Hungarian Sirloin With Mushroom Crepes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 cooked, warm crepes (see recipe19104)
  • 2 teaspoons lite olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips (like stir fry cut)
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 have your sirloin half frozen to slice easily.
  • 2 heat oil in the skillet, add onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3 stir in the parsley, salt paprika, pepper& steak.
  • 4 cover and cook until the meat is tender.
  • 5 add mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes.
  • 6 stir in the sour cream.
  • 7 divide between the 12 warm crepes, fold the crepes over& serve immediately.
