Hungarian Sirloin With Mushroom Crepes

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 12 cooked, warm crepes (see recipe19104)
- 2 teaspoons lite olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips (like stir fry cut)
- 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 have your sirloin half frozen to slice easily.
- 2 heat oil in the skillet, add onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
- 3 stir in the parsley, salt paprika, pepper& steak.
- 4 cover and cook until the meat is tender.
- 5 add mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes.
- 6 stir in the sour cream.
- 7 divide between the 12 warm crepes, fold the crepes over& serve immediately.
