- 1 lb salmon steak, thawed
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2 arrange fish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients.
- 4 pour half of the sauce mixture over the fish.
