Peppered Rib Eye Steaks

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 (10 ounce) boneless rib-eye steaks (1 inch thick)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine the oil and seasonings; brush over steaks.
  • 2 grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 7-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°
