- 2 (2 lb) beef t-bone steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- lemon wedge, for serving
Recipe
- 1 light the grill. rub the steaks with the oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
- 2 grill the steaks over high heat for 6 minutes.
- 3 turn and cook until done to your taste, about 6 minutes longer for rare. serve with lemon wedges.
