Stuffed Beef Tenderloin

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup button mushroom, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef tenderloin
  • soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 saute the shallot, 2 tbsps butter, and 1 cup of button mushrooms.
  • 3 butterfly cut the beef tenderloin.
  • 4 coat the beef tenderloin with soy sauce and salt and pepper the beef.
  • 5 cool down the mushroom and shallots in the fridge as not to cook the inside of the beef.
  • 6 once cooled place the mushroom and shallot on the beef.
  • 7 fold over the beef and tie up with cooking string.
  • 8 cook the beef at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • 9 slice and enjoy.
