- 2 lbs ham steaks, lean, 1-inch thick
- 1/4 cup port wine
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 place ham steaks in a shallow baking dish.
- 3 combine wine, mustard, honey and cinnamon, and pour sauce over the ham.
- 4 bake, uncovered, until ham is heated through, 20 to 30 minutes, turning once during cooking time, and basting occasionally.
