Portly Ham Steak

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs ham steaks, lean, 1-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup port wine
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup liquid honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 place ham steaks in a shallow baking dish.
  • 3 combine wine, mustard, honey and cinnamon, and pour sauce over the ham.
  • 4 bake, uncovered, until ham is heated through, 20 to 30 minutes, turning once during cooking time, and basting occasionally.
