Grilled London Broil With Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

- 4 lbs london broil beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- caramelized onion (caramelized onions) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all marinade ingredients together and place in a gallon size zip lock.
- 2 score meat on both sides then place into bag with marinade.
- 3 refrigerate overnight.
- 4 remove meat from marinade and bring marinade to a boil and simmer till meat is cooked.
- 5 grill meat on high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side turning only once.
- 6 meat registers 120-125 degrees f.
- 7 let sit 10 minutes before cutting very thin slices on the bias.
- 8 serve with caramelized onions and sauce.
