My Deer Husband Venison

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 4 (6 ounce) venison steak (4)
- hickory smoked bacon (one for each steak)
- 8 ounces of sliced baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
- salt
- pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 leave venison steak flat and wind each steak with a slice of hickory bacon.
- 2 place in frying pan and cook until medium (pink in the middle).
- 3 remove steak from pan.
- 4 in same pan, heat butter until melted.
- 5 add mushrooms and onions.
- 6 saute until mushrooms and onions are tender.
- 7 add worcestershire to mushroom and onions.
- 8 serve steaks topped with mushrooms and onions.
- 9 serve with a side dish of rice.
