Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup wine
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag or container and marinate in fridge for 1 hour or so - turn after 30 minutes.
- 2 then grill, basting as fish cooks. cook about 7-8 minutes on each side.
