Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients in a glass bowl.
- 2 pour over fish steaks and allow to marinate for two hours before grilling.
