One-pot Beef Stroganoff

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large deep skillet.
  • 2 add onions and garlic. cook 1 minutes, stirring occasionally.
