Peppered Rib-eye Steaks

Ingredients

- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 6 rib eye steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine garlic powder, thyme, black pepper, salt, lemon pepper, red pepper, and parsley.
- 2 brush the steaks with oil.
- 3 rub steaks with the combined seasonings.
- 4 place steaks in a large pan.
- 5 cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 6 grill the steaks over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side (or to your desired doneness).
