- 1 1/2 lbs skirt steaks
- 1 vidalia onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- salt
Recipe
- 1 place the soy sauce, apple juice, onion, garlic, and salt in a blender. pulse until the mixture has a consistency a bit more runny than apple sauce.
- 2 place the marinade and steak in a zip lock bag for at least 4 hours.
- 3 grill on high heat to personal preference.
