Paul's Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 flank steak (any kind of meat can be used.)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients; except steak.
  • 2 put marinade in a gallon size ziploc bag, put steak in; remove as much air from bag as possible, seal securely.
  • 3 place in oblong glass cake pan and refrigerate.
  • 4 marinate at least 4 hours.
  • 5 when ready to grill remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
  • 6 grill to desired doneness.
