Paul's Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 flank steak (any kind of meat can be used.)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients; except steak.
- 2 put marinade in a gallon size ziploc bag, put steak in; remove as much air from bag as possible, seal securely.
- 3 place in oblong glass cake pan and refrigerate.
- 4 marinate at least 4 hours.
- 5 when ready to grill remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
- 6 grill to desired doneness.
