Salisbury Steak Kinda

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs sirloin steaks, cut into serving size
- 2 red peppers, sliced
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup flour
- water
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 lb mushroom
Recipe
- 1 dredge steak pieces in flour and pound with meat mallet or the edge of a plate. brown in oil.
- 2 meanwhile cook onions, garlic, and peppers in oil in dutch oven.
- 3 when steak is browned add to dutch oven.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 add enough water to just come to the top of steak.
- 6 simmer uncovered for about 2-3 hours until steak is fork tender.
- 7 add mushrooms in the last hour.
- 8 serve with mashed potatoes and your favourite vegetables.
