Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed french onion soup
- 15 ounces water (1 1/2 soup cans)
Recipe
- 1 saute mushrooms in butter. remove mushrooms from pan and set aside.
- 2 mix together beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. form into 4 patties.
- 3 brown in same pan (add more fat if necessary).
- 4 add onion soup and water. simmer 10 minute.
- 5 add mushrooms and heat through.
