One-pan Potatoes And Pepper Steak

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 lb london broil beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Recipe

  • 1 partially cook potatoes in water, or microwave them.
  • 2 while potatoes are cooking, mix together the garlic powder and pepper.
  • 3 toss beef with the garlic mixture.
  • 4 heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • 5 add beef and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  • 6 remove beef and add bell pepper to the pan.
  • 7 stir fry for 3 minutes.
  • 8 add partially cooked potatoes and saute 5 minutes.
  • 9 add beef and fry until heated through and meat is at desired doneness.
  • 10 season with salt.
