Peruvian Beef Kabobs With Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steaks, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons hot red paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 large yellow bell pepper, halved,cored,and seeded
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 to make beef, combine all beef ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 toss well.
- 3 cover and chill to marinate for 3 hrs.
