Peruvian Beef Kabobs With Pepper Sauce

Total Time: 3 hrs 6 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steaks, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hot red paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, halved,cored,and seeded
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe

  • 1 to make beef, combine all beef ingredients in a bowl.
