Sauteed Tuna Steaks With Orange-jalapeno Relish

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 cups orange sections
- 2 cups grapefruit sections
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 4 tuna steaks, 1/2 in thick
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 combine tarragon, fruit sections, raspberries, and jalapeno.
- 2 mix and let stand for 15 minutes.
- 3 sprinkle each steak with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 roll in the flour.
- 5 shake off any excess flour.
- 6 heat the oil in lg non-stick pan.
- 7 put steaks in hot oil and cook 3 minutes per side until each side is lightly browned.
- 8 serve each steak with relish.
