Korean Chicken Or Beef

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrot
  • 3 chicken breasts, sliced or 2 small sirloin steaks
  • 3/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • broccoli (optional) or asparagus (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet heat oil add carrot and stir fry 2 minutes over med-high.
  • 2 add chicken or beef and cook until lightly browned.
  • 3 add rest of ingredients and reduce heat simmering covered until meat is cooked to your liking.
