Lamb With Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb medallions
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned flour
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 orange, sliced, peeled
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 dust steaks with seasoned flour.
  • 2 saute in oil and butter approximately 8 minutes.
  • 3 remove from pan and keep warm.
  • 4 drain excess fat from pan.
  • 5 add juice, mustard, sauce and garlic and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 6 add slices of orange and reheat with lamb, coating well with sauce. serve sprinkled with parsley.
