Lamb With Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 lamb medallions
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned flour
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 orange, sliced, peeled
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 dust steaks with seasoned flour.
- 2 saute in oil and butter approximately 8 minutes.
- 3 remove from pan and keep warm.
- 4 drain excess fat from pan.
- 5 add juice, mustard, sauce and garlic and simmer for 3 minutes.
- 6 add slices of orange and reheat with lamb, coating well with sauce. serve sprinkled with parsley.
