Saskatchewan Dry Beef Rub

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (red)
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients well.
  • 2 rub into beef (steaks, ribs or potroast).
  • 3 refrigerate covered for 2 hours.
  • 4 bbq, broil, slow cook, or fry as required.
