Easy And Delicious Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

- 5 -6 salmon steaks
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl mix/whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar and mustard powder.
- 2 place the salmon steaks in a glass dish (i use an 8x8-inch glass baking dish).
- 3 pour the marinade over the salmon.
- 4 cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for minimum 1-1/2 hours, turning the steaks occasionally.
- 5 grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on how thick the steaks are.
- 6 brushing with marinade as they cook.
- 7 **note** sprinkle with salt if desired when cooking.
