Grilled Red Chili Steak

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak
- salsa
Recipe
- 1 combine the first seven ingredients; rub over steak.
- 2 grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees; medium 160 degrees; well done 170 degrees) let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. serve with salsa.
