Ingredients

- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dash black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 marinate fish in a sealable bag for 30 minutes minimum.
- 3 grill fish brushing several times during cooking process about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 4 serve with a fresh tomato salad or a crisp green salad.
