Ingredients

- 1 round steak
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt
- pepper
- canned milk, to taste
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- oil
Recipe
- 1 salt and pepper the round steak.
- 2 flour the round steak.
- 3 pound flour into steak with a meat mallet on both sides.
- 4 cut onion into rings.
- 5 cut steaks from round steak.
- 6 fry the steaks in oil until brown. set aside.
- 7 fry onions in the same pan.
- 8 add the meat back to the pan.
- 9 add the canned milk and enough water to make gravy.
- 10 simmer until meat is tender.
