Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 lbs flank steaks
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl combine oil, soy sauce, honey, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and green onion. mix well. place steak in a large plastic bag, pour marinade over and secure bag tightly. allow meat to marinate in refrigerator for at least 5 hours, turning several times. grill about 2" above " hot" coals or under a broiler for 4-5 minutes on each side. to serve, slice thin strips diagonally across the grain of the meat.
