Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (10 ounce) can french onion soup
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
Recipe
- 1 combine 1/3 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. shape into 6 oval patties. brown on both sides and remove from pan.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients in pan. stir together. return patties to pan and cover.
- 3 cook on low for 20 minutes. remove from heat and let cool.
- 4 place in freezer bag. label and freeze.
- 5 to serve: thaw. heat until hot and gravy is bubbly. serve with mashed potatoes.
