Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 packages dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 can mushroom (optional)
Recipe
- 1 thoroughly mix beef, 1 pkg soup mix,bread crumbs and egg.
- 2 shape firmly into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3 brown in skillet.
- 4 mix remaining pkg soup mix and flour in the water, pour over the patties.
- 5 add mushrooms (if desired).
- 6 cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
- 7 stir occasionally.
