Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1 egg , slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- salt and pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) jar gravy
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except the gravy.
- 2 shape into 4 oval 1/2" thick patties.
- 3 cook over medium heat 7-8 minutes turning once, until no longer pink.
- 4 serve with gravy.
