Salisbury Steak

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 egg , slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar gravy

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except the gravy.
  • 2 shape into 4 oval 1/2" thick patties.
  • 3 cook over medium heat 7-8 minutes turning once, until no longer pink.
  • 4 serve with gravy.
