Salmon With A Lemon Teriyaki Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice wine
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 6 salmon steaks

Recipe

  • 1 in a pot, combine the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, garlic, ginger, lemon juce and dry mustard. bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook for a few minutes until syrupy.
  • 2 preheat the grill.
  • 3 cook the salmon steaks for about 8 - 10 minutes. brush with the glaze a few times on each side during cooking.
