- 3 -4 lbs round steaks
- 1 (20 ounce) can stewing tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 onions, sliced
- flour for flouring meat
Recipe
- 1 cut steak into serving pieces. tenderize. combine 2 tablespoons flour with stewed tomatoes. set asside. flour meat and lightly brown in medium skillet with small amount of oil. layer steak pieces, onions and stewed tomatoes in slow cooker. cook 6-7 hours on low or 3-3 1/2 hours on high.
