Supper In Foil

Ingredients

• Servings: 3
• 1 1/2 lbs chuck steaks, 1/2 inch thick,trimmed of fat
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 3 medium carrots, quartered
• 2 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch pieces
• 1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

Recipe

• 1 place aluminum foil in baking pan.
• 2 place meat on foil.
• 3 stir together soups and water, spread on meat.
• 4 top with veggies.
• 5 fold foil over and seal securely.
• 6 cook 1 1/2 hours in a 350f degree oven.
