Salisbury Steak

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, fine
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, fresh

Recipe

  • 1 take 1/4 cup of the soup,ground beef,bread crumbs and eggs.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 shape into 6 patties.
  • 4 cook the patties in a large skillet for 6 minutes per side,drain.
  • 5 combine the remianing soup and mushrroms in the skillet and stir.
  • 6 cook until heated.
  • 7 serve over the steak.
