Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Total Time: 7 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 6 potatoes, cut into fourths
  • 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic, undrained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy

Recipe

  • 1 cut beef into serving size pieces, season, and brown in a skillet.
  • 2 in slow cooker place potatoes on the bottom, then carrots, beef, and onion.
  • 3 mix together the tomatoes and gravy, pour into slow cooker covering the mixture.
  • 4 cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
  • 5 enjoy!
