Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 6 potatoes, cut into fourths
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil oregano and garlic, undrained
- 1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy
Recipe
- 1 cut beef into serving size pieces, season, and brown in a skillet.
- 2 in slow cooker place potatoes on the bottom, then carrots, beef, and onion.
- 3 mix together the tomatoes and gravy, pour into slow cooker covering the mixture.
- 4 cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
