Lamb Chop And Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 4 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 5 mins

  • in a large skillet, brown lamb chops with a little oil over medium-high heat. an electric skillet can also be used.
  • add potatoes and condensed soup. do not dilute soup. cover and cook for 45 minutes, or until potatoes and chops are fully cooked.
