Lamb Chops O'brien With Creamy Gravy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage, or to taste
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans green beans, drained
  • 2 cups frozen o'brien potatoes mix

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • season the lamb chops with seasoned salt on both sides. heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and grease with cooking spray. cook the lamb chops until golden brown on both sides, 6 to 8 minutes. remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • stir the cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and sage together in the skillet until combined. stir in the green beans and o'brien potatoes, then place the lamb chops on top of the vegetables. bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook until the lamb chops are no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes.
