steamed tuna fish
Ingredients

-  2 pounds fresh tuna steaks 
 
-  1/2 cup soy sauce 
 
-  1/2 cup 
 
-  1/2 cup vegetable oil 
 
-  1 bunch green onions, finely chopped 
 
-  1/2 cup minced fresh ginger root 
 
-  3 cloves garlic, minced 
 
-  1 teaspoon salt 
 
-  1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Ready Time: 30 mins
- place tuna steaks in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover. cook 6 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. 
 
- meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, , vegetable oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper. bring to a boil.
