Strip Steak With Stilton-port Butter

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 (8 -10 ounce) steaks, sliced
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2 tablespoons stilton cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon port wine

Recipe

  • 1 place the butter in a food processor bowl and run until smooth.
  • 2 add the cheese and wine.
  • 3 pulse until blended.
  • 4 place on a small piece of wax paper or parchment.
  • 5 roll into a 1-inch cylinder.
  • 6 refrigerate.
  • 7 grill the steaks to the desired temperature.
  • 8 top each steak with a few 1/4-inch slices of the butter.
  • 9 serve warm.
