Strip Steak With Stilton-port Butter

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 (8 -10 ounce) steaks, sliced 
- 4 ounces butter 
- 2 tablespoons stilton cheese 
- 1/2 teaspoon port wine 
Recipe
- 1 place the butter in a food processor bowl and run until smooth. 
- 2 add the cheese and wine. 
- 3 pulse until blended. 
- 4 place on a small piece of wax paper or parchment. 
- 5 roll into a 1-inch cylinder. 
- 6 refrigerate. 
- 7 grill the steaks to the desired temperature. 
- 8 top each steak with a few 1/4-inch slices of the butter.
