Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs steak
- 1 onion, rough chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 mince garlic & mix all ingredients with the steak strips.
- 2 let marinate for 2 hours refrigerated or overnight.
- 3 pan fry or grill steaks until done.
