- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 lbs steak (cut of your choice)
Recipe
- 1 combine first five ingredients, mixing well.
- 2 put steak in zip bag and add soy sauce mixture.
- 3 marinade for about 4 hours.
- 4 grill or broil to desired doneness.
