- 4 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices beefsteak tomatoes
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices of toasted french bread
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon, saving the drippings. remove to paper towels to drain.
- 2 fry eggs in bacon drippings.
- 3 arrange all ingredients on toasted bread, dividing evenly to make two sandwiches.
