Stu's Favorite Flank Steak

Total Time: 4 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (2 -3 lb) flank steaks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and store, marinating in a sealable gallon bag (for easy turning).
  • 2 turn often and marinate for 3-4 hours.
  • 3 remove steak from marinade and grill or broil for 10 minutes per side.
  • 4 slice at about a 45-degree angle against the grain.
