- 1 (2 -3 lb) flank steaks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry sherry
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and store, marinating in a sealable gallon bag (for easy turning).
- 2 turn often and marinate for 3-4 hours.
- 3 remove steak from marinade and grill or broil for 10 minutes per side.
- 4 slice at about a 45-degree angle against the grain.
