Pan Fried Steak And Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 lb chuck steak 
-  salt and pepper 
- 1 teaspoon olive oil 
- 6 tablespoons real salted butter 
- 1/2 cup beef broth 
- 1/3 cup chopped onion 
- 2 minced garlic cloves 
- 1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms 
- 1 tablespoon kitchen bouquet 
Recipe
- 1 rub steak on both sides with seasoning of your choice. 
- 2 heat a cast iron skillet to medium hot. 
- 3 add 1 t butter until melted then place steak in pan. 
- 4 sear meat 4 inutes then flip adding 1 t butter and olive oil to the pan. 
- 5 sear 3 minutes remove meat and let rest. 
- 6 add onions to skillet and cook 1 minute add mushrooms and garlic and 1 t butter. 
- 7 cook until onions are done and clear. 
- 8 degalze with the broth and whisk in remaining butter 1 t at a time until starts to thicken add kitchen bouquet.
