Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 garlic cloves, minced (about 2 tsp) 
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce 
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 
- 1 tablespoon heinz chili sauce 
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger 
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard 
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
- 2 lbs flank steaks 
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in large zip top bag. seal tightly, pressing out as much air as possible. refrigerate and let marinate over night (or at least 6 hours). 
- 2 preheat broiler, or set up outdoor grill for high direct heat. wrap broiler pan in foil and poke holes to let juices drain. 
- 3 remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. broil or grill 4-6 minutes per side (4 for medium rare, 6 for medium). slice thinly across the grain to serve.
