Grilled Swordfish

Total Time: 6 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 6 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 bay leaves

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except fish in a shallow pan.
  • 2 add fish and coat.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate 6 hours, turning 2-3 times.
  • 4 grill.
