Marinated Flank Steak

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 lbs flank steaks, aproximately
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 shallot, minced

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except steak in a sealable plastic bag. place steak in the bag and close, squeezing out as much air as possible.
  • 2 let set in the refrigerator for 3 hours or up to overnight.
  • 3 grill to desired doneness and slice thinly on the bias.
