Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

- 2 lbs flank steaks, aproximately
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 shallot, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except steak in a sealable plastic bag. place steak in the bag and close, squeezing out as much air as possible.
- 2 let set in the refrigerator for 3 hours or up to overnight.
- 3 grill to desired doneness and slice thinly on the bias.
