Marinated Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup wish bone italian salad dressing
- 1/2 cup dry red wine or 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 12 ounces lean boneless sirloin, trimmed, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 zucchini, medium, each cut into 4 pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 8 pieces
- 8 large mushrooms
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine the italian dressing, wine (or broth), and soy sauce in a shallow dish. place steak pieces into marinade. cover, and refridgerate for at least 1 hour (several if possible).
- 2 start the grill. steam the zucchini and onion for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly softened, but still crisp. assemble 8 kabobs, alternating meat and vegetables, using 3 to 4 pieces of meat, 2 zucchini chunks, 2 pieces of onion, 2 mushrooms, and 2 cherry tomatoes.
- 3 broil on top rack of over, or grill 5 inches from medium high coals for 10 minutes, or until desired doneness.
